These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of graam.institute and any pages, subdomains, content, software, documentation, APIs, feeds, and related services we provide (collectively, the "Services").

You agree not to rely on the Services as a substitute for professional advice or as a basis for decisions requiring guaranteed accuracy, suitability, or availability.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
9) Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
10) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, contributors, licensors, and service providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
11) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, excluding conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Hong Kong will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
